Made from 16 modular tin plate pieces, this sculpture is collapsible and rotatable around the central metal tubing. Because tin plate is quite malleable, 3 folds are made on each piece to add more structure and integrity on the arrow-shaped pieces. While the general geometry is cut out on the jump shear, the small triangle being removed from the bottom of each piece is cut off by hand, using a jewellers’ saw.
